My son is 27 and living with a woman the same age as his mother (49). They seem to be quite happy with each other. Her reaction to my answer was very astonishing when I sad it didn't bother me at all. I don't control what he does and have no intention to try. If he had asked me for advice on it I would of been glad to sit down and decusse it, but the final outcome would be up to him. My baby sister married a man that is 20 older then her and they are happily married with a son. She is the same age as his daughter which didn't set to good at the wedding, but that was between her and her father. So as far as age having anything to do with it, I do not see anything wrong with it.

I have to say that age is not of any importance when two people are adults. I do however feel that at some point the things you don't have in common could cause some conflict. However you never know who is right for you until you give it a try. So much luck with him and hopefully you won't need it.
