relationships are all about compromise. not just simularitys but how you deal with differances. some things can be compromised others cannot.

no I wont become veggan. Yes I will not put my feet on the sink to cut my toe nails.

depends on the issue I guess is my point. but I do want to at least be communicated with as to a consern.

No...they wouldn't be my partner if they didn't TRUST that I can make healthy decisions for myself, and be honest with them.

That would depend on whether or not my significant other was actually worried about me in the first place.

If it's a valid concern it might be something I need to be worried about, as well. I guess it would depend on the issue.

On the other hand, if it wasn't valid, I'd try to make them feel less worried.

Hopefully she would feel comfortable in sharing their concern with me. I would then look at it to see if there might be a reason for concern that I was not aware of. If there was would do everything possible to alleviate her concern.
