To me someone being needy is not taking care of themselves and expecting me to do it as if they were a child

 What kind of behaviour is considered "needy"? How would you stop yourself from appearing needy? Mirror, you know. And you are in trouble for not calling me within the last hour and shutting off that gps I put on you. So now I am going to pout and cry and act like a victim until you give in to me.

needs you to kill spiders or bugs, cook dinner, change light bulbs and mow the lawn, pay her rent, walk the dog, take out the trash, do the litter, and load and/or unload the washer/dryer/diswasher and plunge the jon, help with the car payment before she gets repo'd, and give her mom a lift to shave her bunions and take the kids for the day so she can get her nails and pedi...

Not being OK without being in a relationship.
Needing to be reassured that you are good looking, special, that the relationship is good, the sex is good. That you are good enough, smart enough and that gosh darn it people like you. Get comfortable in my own skin, have a life, not looking for someone else to make me 'OK' |
