It happened to me alot, andit cost me alot. Now I just don'tbother dating anymore. I have better things to do, and I can't trust anyone anymore.

What amazes me is that the term is mainly used for woman but as a professional woman I see it in men as much as women. I love telling a man just how broke I am etc.. etc.. To see if he is going to run. Then if it gets serious then I will be nice and explain that I can take care of myself financially and have been doing it since I was 25. So no biggie on what they have.
I honestly can't wrap my mind around the concept of dating someone for what you can get out of them. I find that people like are seriously lacking... I stay away from them.

YES. I recently had a group of people run a mind game/scam on me like that. They have done it to others as well.It makes me sick Why do some people want to hurt others for no reason?

The worst part is that ya don't have to be a gold-digger to start up with the headgame malarkey. It seems that most of the people I've dated thus far have got a screw or two loose in their noggins, which results in their wanting to pull that crap. It gets old quite quickly, too.
