I am afraid of being hurt or rejected.

It would be nice if we didn't hurt each other in a relationship, but let's be realistic. You're going to argue, fuss and sometimes fight. There are going to be moments when you just want to chuck it all into the air and say to h*ll with it.
What makes it worth while is when you find the person that you just can't let go of, that even when it's total crap you still love them more than yourself. Good luck with your search!
