was asked what I do upon waking..........
I say thank-you to the day,for the good stuff in my life.A simple show of gratitude. Make my eyes open,stretch. Grab a robe on my way out of the bedroom.The color depends on my mood...this morning it's red. Sleepy makes her way to the bathroom. Wash my face,sometimes pulling my hair up in a ponytail. Throw some water & coffee at the coffee maker. Put music on. Sip coffee from a pink mug,chasing sleep away. teasingbrunette. |
