My mom's homemade carrot cake.
 I've never had a pear upside-down chocolate cake before. My mom makes a great pineapple upside down cake though. |

I like to bake,so i have made many to taste,most of the time i take to work an give to the ones i like soooo much,they give a true opinion of the taste of it

When my mom used to do cake decorating, she would always give my brother, sister and me the shavings of the top cake after cutting it to level the cake. It was so good warm. I don't know, but the shavings taste so different compared to the cake itself. That or my imagination of the taste was heightened.

Best cake I've had comes with many names, but only two of which I use. They would be: Better than Brad Pitt Cake OR Better than Sex Cake.

Not really a cake, but I put extra pear juice in it so it is more like a cake -- but it is pear bars, made with canned pears, coconut, and walnuts. Super moist, my all time favorite.
