I work in the medical field and have experienced a few people with autism and a couple with Asperger's. I find them to be highly intelligent people most especially those with Asperger's. Those with autism are more difficult to deal with because they aren't always capable of controlling their emotions and at times their tempers and sadly they do not know how to express their intelligence. They tend to be treated as someone who is retarded because people do not understand. One mother of an older autistic child that is a patient of mine is almost to the point of a nervous breakdown because he pretty much is out of control and she doesn't know how to handle him. It's pretty sad either way. So I do believe it is much better to have Asperger's than autism. There is a new movie I saw advertise at the movies the other day about a guy that has Asperger's called "Adam".

Oh well! if you signed a lease...and happened to be section 8 as well...they couldn't kick you out until you lease was up...at least that's how I understood the law I read(my friend just went through the same thing) Not on section 8 and no lease. I think this upsets my son more than myself since he has several friends that live right here as well and he could just walk over to their houses! |

Today I got...
a letter in the mail from the people I rent from. Seems they are splitting up and she is getting the place I live in! Now I have till January 1st to find a place to move to. I feel that I should not have to pay them anymore rent because this is a major inconvenience to me and my son! Plus I'm now going to need money for deposits and fees and crap to move yet again! Why couldn't I have just gotten a bill instead.. oops I think that IS a bill!
