Would you continue dating a guy with a messy, dirty vehicle???
A friend once told me that the way a man cares for his vehicle is a reflection of his character??? For me, it has proven to be true. I've found that guys that have no respect for their car, have messy homes, and are generally messy... (and by messy car, I mean obvious stuff, trash, dirty windows, grimy interor) |

No. If he doesn't even clean the car out for you, what does that say? If it was just messy one time, like he came back from a trip or something, I would let it slide but if it continued to be messy I would move on.

I've dated guys with dirty 20 year old cars
I've dated guys with bentleys I've dated guys on harleys All the same to me. Dirty car or not My cars not always clean  It's the man. It's the man.

The one guy I have been talking to an hanging with has a very dirty car but it does not bug me too much, it does not reflected who he is at all. He just does not have the time to really clean it out...

The back seat and trunk are full of dirty work stuff too. He works long hours. I don't feel that it reflects on his character. Also, some people have physical problems that make it difficult to clean their car. |

A messy car is not a big deal. OH OH yeah it is.  I sure as hell will turn around, and walk right back into my house if a man pulls up with THAT mess. Ive done it. |

It MAY be a reflection on him, but at the same time, you might not want to write someone off just for that because he could be really special
