 If you found out the person you loved was married but separated, would you break it off or keep seeing them in in the hopes that they will get a divorce? I would definitely leave. That would be a HUGE deal breaker for me. |

Not interested in someone that is separated. Why, tried it, and the other half had an effect on his everyday mood. It wasn't good! Exactly part of my problem! She lies and schemes and gets in his head and makes him think they're getting along for the baby just so she can put bad thoughts about me in his head. I caught her red handed with the 2faced crap b/c I pretended to try to be her friend and got her to say stuff to me about him that she would never say TO him, and when he confronted her (I told him WHAT I was doing and it was only to prove to him he couldn't trust her) she said I was lying and I was nuts... |

No, that's called EMO baggage! And very bulky and heavy baggage at that. If I found out, it would be "hit the streets, sister!" I have no time or sanity for this kind of behavior from them ever again.

If you found out the person you loved was married but separated, would you break it off or keep seeing them in in the hopes that they will get a divorce? I'd leave, when he's divorced he could look me up. Separated is not divorced, and seems like a goood excuse to play outside of marriage. I don't believe in separation as a valid excuse for anything. If you want to get divorced, then get divorced. Quit goofing around. Too bad it's not that easy. Hell if it was, people wouldn't be separated now would they. Sometimes there is one person that causes all sorts of problems and fights because they are money hungry. It's not cut and dry like you think. Hell it's taken me over 7 months to get my ex to finally try to settle and move on.  Money makes people act stupid. Mad_cow, how long should someone tolerate abuse after you say I do? Til death do you part? Hell no! Especially when kids are involved and they experience it too. Some can only turn their cheek only so many times.
