scammers and trolls can be the same but not always ~ Trolls purposely post in forums to cause trouble ~ use inflammatory posts and often fake profiles ~ often no photo. You will know who they are in a very short time. My advice is to not respond to an obviously inflammatory post that is clearly intended to incite.
Scammers and spammers usually are after your private information for commercial or malicious purposes. Many are from foreign countiries and their messages have been through a translator software and do not sound well written.. |
