About a year ago or so my lesbian friends told me that when I get a girlfriend that I would miss more at work. I didn't think much about it until recently when watching a dating service ad this lady said that she didn't have enough time to date because she worked so many hours at work so she had a dating service find her someone. My question is then if you are too busy to get a date because you are working so much then wouldn't that has some kind of effect when you got into a relationship with someone? Don't you think your significant other would want you to stay home sometimes? Or is this service just for people who both work too much just to say that they have a relationship?laugh

Many jobs are becoming more and more demanding even if you do not want to work extra hours it frequently comes with the territory. I agree dating takes alot of your time. Not sure I would want to use a dating service but I can understand why some people do.flowerforyou

Okay, you don't have to answer now. I know you are busy right now. I will wait until you get off work. I have to get to work right now but will get back with you.

I just worked all weekends, night shifts and I am dead tired. Single people do not have the exta income of a spouse or live in significant other that also works. I slept about 5 hrs today and really do not think I could handle a date for tonight and be myself, unless someone wants to go out with someone tired and a bit grouchy. drinker  drinker

I can see it being a problem, and agree with what Daytime has said.

Working overnights kills me, and I run on about 4 hours of sleep during the day. Until I can switch and find something better, I'm essentially useless.
