after a week the actual physical withdrawal is pretty much over

the rest is cravings (its all in your head)

just distract yourself for a few minutes and the craving will go away

eat a carrot or onion

I've just been doing my projects!! (I can't eat onions straight, I need to put them in something)LOL!!:tongue:

Just do it an hour at a time when it gets bad. Distract yourself and have some snack foods there.

I have five months under my belt. I still have the urge to do something sometimes and I don't realize it is that cigarette thing coming up still but I just keep not letting my mind even consider a cigarette as an option.

Stay strong, you'll be able to do it.

Buy you some of that hard type of candy like peppermints or butterscotch discs. It does help.
