Can't seem to please her. I bought some new Charmin. I got the two refrigerators that don't work in the front yard and the other one that doesn't work in the kitchen. Trying my best to deal with her honesty. I am beginning to wonder if optimism is just for liars.

Good point. I had the original fridge that went out. Then a friend gave me one for a replacement but only the freezer worked. Then another friend gave me one that used to worked before the mice got to it. It just made a loud noise when we hooked it up. Room mate was really getting pissed. I can't blame her as I was really getting discouraged myself. But I got the hot water working with buying a new one. Found out on the 40 gallon model there is a temperature controller for each element. It takes a long time to heat 40 gallons especially with the factory presets at 120 degrees for safety. I have them both cranked up to 150 degrees now. We just have had a run of bad luck. It was nice to take a hot shower this morning. Had to have a well company to fix the fixed that I had made. Who knew the check valve was supposed to be bad? The bad one in place was just for the water guage holder. The well people routed around it and now it works. I have water to the house with good pressure. The propane for the house heater went out during the coldest part of the year and it was an extra cost for the leak test. But we have heat now. Found out they were going to cut my hours back eight hours a paycheck but the company had an emergency session and gave us back the eight hours because it was unsafe for us to have them taken away because the residents needed someone there 24/7. Guy has a refrigerator that works for $100. All we have to do is get a truck to bring it home. Its just that my room mate is getting just as sarcastic as I am and it is taking some time to get used to.
