Yesterday they showed tornadoes tearing up Oklahoma in real time. There were tv crews, helicopters, storm chasers, and helpless people standing around as the huge tornado munched it's way across town. It is supposed to happen again today.
Have you seen a live-on-TV disaster? What did you think? |

I have been watching that on tv never seen anything like that live. So sad they said that one of the Tornado's was 3 football fields wide..... My heart goes out to all those that dealt with the Tornado's yesterday. Just so much damage.

I've ridden out Carla, Ike, Hanna, and several tornadoes. It is just part of life in the areas that are subjected to the weather.

So far, I've gone thru Audrey, Betsy, and Camille - Katrina was the worst of 'em all ... and watching the people of Nashville, I gotta be proud of 'em ... they ain't pullin' that 'I WANTS MINEZ!' and 'GIMME!' or the 'non-traditional shopping' crap that was all over the T&V after K ... big props to N'ville ... y'all are doin' it with style and class ...
