Sorry....was lost in making the world's most divine pasta sauce...
and remembering a time way back when.....on the other site...and all the fellas were in lurve with ths woman who posted really beautiful things...it went on for like a year or so... and she posted a pic....and whooshka!....everyone ran for the hills....and then she got busted scamming someone... I was chuckling about how we all say.... naaaah...I'm not a visual person...it's the inside that counts...

and you're making me publicly hungry share the recipe fresh crushed garlic...virgin cold pressed olive oil...sundried tomatoes, crushed peeled fresh roma tomatoes, button bushrooms, fresh picked basil, some lightly grilled/seared capsicum... Cook off the garlic to release the aromas, in a heated pan with a splash of olive oil, add the capsicum, button mushrooms, and optional glug of a dry red wine, and lightly heat....add the fresh chopped/crushed roma tomatoes, add in the sun dried tomatoes, basil, cover and simmer...oh! and add a big giant pinch of sweet paprika, and a teaspoon of brown sugar... cook pasta... ladle over sauce, add fresh ricotta and fresh shaved parmesan cheese. and then DEVOUR! |
