castigate someone, is that a person is entitled, in America, to be tried before a jury of their 'peers.' So, until we have walked a mile in his shoes, or become a peer of his, we have no right to criticize. He is unique in many ways. He is the linchpin of an empire. I would imagine the pressure is intense. What he does off the job is his own business. I adore his show, which is centered around his self-centeredness, probably why it is such a hit :-) |

Actually, public figures are not entitled to the presumption of innocence in the court of public opinion. If they were, we wouldn't have Fox News and MSNBC.

Charlie Sheen is demonstrating all the classic symptoms of manic-depresive behavior..right now he is totally manic and when he crashes he will crash hard and sadly the media vultures will be all over him...I feel bad for him and his family..its too bad he isnt getting the proper help that he needs.
