I think the owners have already said there won't be any replacement players. I'm too old to play anyway. I just think we'll all have to deal with a fall/winter of just college football.
I don't think I can do it. I'll probably go a little crazy. What will I do on Sunday??? Go to church?? |

We could play football games on Xbox or something? Or maybe go outside with our jeresys and throw a ball? Nah those suck. They need to get their crap together and quit whinning over money!

Well, we have a union here. Most of the time, whenever a union is involved, they preach solidarity. I was in a union when I drove school buses. Unions fight for people and things. Players feel they are being robbed and the owners won't open up the books and tell why they can't discuss profits. Does not look good at this point for football.

What does everyone think about a possibility of an 18 game season? Those players take a lot of banging around and it takes awhile to recover from games. I could not do it myself. Two more games may not be good with them. A lot of players from earlier eras are walking around with injuries they received at the height of their careers. All these owners are thinking about is getting more money and not how the players feel. Not good!!!!! |
