This is something that I have thought quite a bit about over the last year or so. There is this girl I know, or used to know, with whom I was briefly involved romantically. We got on very well & clearly were very attracted to eachother. Sadly it all hit the rocks at the start of last year and she cut off contact. She expressed the view that we had little in common etc. It's something I have always been disappointed about and found hard to get over it. The whole unfinished business scenario

studies show it takes a man up to a year longer to get over a relationship than it does a woman. yet the pain is with us all at one time or another.

Love is a crocodile. If you get too close to the water and are not careful it jumps out of the water and bites your head off!

Crocs dont bite your head off, they grab you pull you under, put you in a death roll, then when you are dead they stash you away somewehere and wait for you to rot...
