I am curious how many people here use social networking, via the net, more frequently than actually having face-to-face...in other words...Do you have more cyber friends than actual friends?

I have met nearly each and everyone of my fb friends, usually before they made friends with me.

All of my friends are actual friends weather online or not weather I have met them in person or not. I don't distinguish between the two different places I talk to those I call friend.

I know majority of my friends. But since I'm in a new state, I mostly talk to people online because I don't know a lot of people here.

Absolutely. All of my friends are cyber friends.

I didn't imply that any of your friends weren't real. Do you spend more time sharing with online friends and social circles?...or...Do you have a throw down, block party every night on the party porch?

I adore my cyber friends, even the ones I haven't met..

Its actually split pretty even. Some nights its a throw down party on the porch others its a throw down party online.

I would have to say I spend most of my time texting my friends. I have ones who live close by that I visit or visit me often and I spend several nights a week online but I communicate daily with the majority of my friends via texting. :)

I know all of my Facebook friends since my REAL name is on there. I've been letting some "friends" I don't know slide into myspace friends.

I dont have any real friends..
My Man is my best friend,
Then there is my mum poppy and 6 kiddies, they are my life, the ones I laugh with, share whatever is happening in my life and just generally are the ones who i see all the time. If I want to talk i talk to them, there never seems to be time to fit others in.

I have lots of aquantances, but noone who i would drop around and see. Not because i am not invited or not wanted , just because I dont want to..

Basically i am a loner, I always have people around me but only share with my family.

Oh bummer not that my online friends arnt real, they are more real to me than people here, I know them better and they know more about me than any friend i have ever had. I have two very special friends on here who mean the world to me and have talked to me when i have been lonely and couldnt sleep,and just needed them to talk to and be silly with thats the great thing with time differeneces

me too, just about all have moved away or too busy with they're family activities.

I def have more rl friends then internet friends... but i wouldn't trade any of my internet friends for the world!

wait.. i need more social interaction than just the internet?

this doesn't apply to you, soldier... its safer for the rest of us if you stay this way...
