An 11-year-old Massachusetts girl was hit and dragged by a truck driven by an illegal immigrant, authorities said.
Police say the suspect, 35-year-old Wanderson DaSilva-Neto, struck the sixth-grader as she rode her bike Wednesday as he pulled out of his driveway at his home in Ipswich, MyFoxBoston.com reports. DaSilva-Neto, who doesn't have a license, is in the country illegally and has an outstanding warrant for his deportation to Brazil, according to the website.
