Topic: Has Mingle Changed You?

So far , this has been the best chatsite I have come across in terms of the quality of people Ive met here . Mingle may not have changed me but I think the longer I interact with people here is the more i am able to flesh out the kind of mate I want , and reinforce for myself the kind of mate I dont want.

Humm sure it has changed me .... I do tend to hold back what I would like to say to some... I have meet several I call a friend as well as talk to many I would love to meet as friends.. I have seen a side of many that has changed the way I look at them. It has made me more aware of those that are online that are not trust worthy... And it was those within the Poetry Section that got me to writing and posting my poems which I never would have done. I don't write like I use too but I know I can post there and the responses always make me smile..... It has helped me see a side of people that I had not taken the time to see..I have realized that my life is good and I'm blessed with what I have and the ones around me. this

I met the love of my life on this, who the next day after saying hi met at a restaurant. We ended up marrying, and recently she passed away suddenly. Kind of a happy and sad story for me. So, i'm back on here again looking for hopefully the same! :--)

Yes, through Mingle I met and dated several guys which helped me understand myself and what I was really looking for in a relationship. I also made some good friends here. In fact, one sent me a birthday card last week and just made my day.

Has Mingle changed you? It has changed my life. It provided the..love connection. It brought me many friends. It got me like, the worst-paying job ever. It gave me a chance to write, and learn. It has given me much laughter :-) Has Mingle played a part in your life? it may have changed my live a bit ... has given me a lot of laughter ... it has a place where to write if I want ... and love the forums mostly ...good topics and people there..:>)

Well I will tell you that it has changed me in the way I see people on online free dating. First, I'm very careful of those without any form of profile. I've also learned that if their not easy with questions asked of if they beat around the bush... prob fake profiles or looking for your money or a way out of a foreign country ( one guy actually put on his profile he was from New York ) then he said was in Istanbul !!!!! at least one profile was so fake that when I did research ( yes I do research on profile names ) turned out he was a scammer from another country. Wasn't even his real photo !!! So I have learned from free dating sites that.... nothing is free !!! So be careful folks !!!!!! I will say that I have met a couple real people . Even though they don't seem to take the time to read my profile and only looking for that one thing .

I haven't been a member long. But I am starting to wonder if online dating is really worth the time and energy. So many phonies and sex addicts out there. I really haven't had much luck yet. I am hoping it will get better soon.

I learnt a very very long time ago....that all that glitters is not gold....okay, yeah I got married once...but now, being on M2, I am super glad I learnt that, early in life......So has M2 changed me....Nope, will be my final answer...

Yes, I'd did not expect to meet someone special!!! Eva the Artist is great and lovely. We chat every day. And we care greatly for each other! Thanks Mingle. Now I have to rob a bank to visit her! We will work it out! The heart wants what it wants!!
