Hong Kong can be very crowded sometimes. Are there many people running on the beach in the mornIngs or is it quiet?

in my area,there is an exclusive lane for runners..and quiet,you ask?.ive no idea,coz im always plug ged-in to music when running..

I found one! While I was stalking Joey The Hottie Maintenance Guy, I began chatting with Jackie The Office Manager at my apartment complex and she is a regular hiker! :banana: She know all the trails around here and we are gonna go! bigsmile

I walked every day this weekend and did my push ups and stretching. I need some leg strengthening exercises I can do at home. Maybe lunges.

Walked 30 minutes this morning. Fought off a mugger with my ninja moves. Rescued a cat stuck up in a tree. And, chased a coyote out of the apartment complex.

Tomorrow I'll try to get some real exercise.

Last Sunday I hiked in the Angeles National Forest. It was a 7.5 mile hike that the hiking book listed as "moderate". I now know that "moderate" means "kick your *** and die biotch".

I made it though I couldn't walk normally for 4 days. I just told my co-workers I had a new boyfriend. smokin
