Dogs are generally better and more fun than people. But owning a pet does have some draw backs. You'll probably meet the right woman someday.

Puppy it is, don't think they will let me get a panther in city limits. Seen a few cougar's running around.

I would probably wait a few days or sleep on the idea of getting a puppy. It might just be a temporary feeling.

No don't wait. I got my baby from a rescue and she is the sweetest thing on this earth. Always there to comfort me. I've never ever regretted getting her. happy

LOL true but a girlfriend will not chew your slippers.

Ugh, SO true. My own slippers were among the first of many victims my puppy partly destroyed, lol.

Long said if people met their spouse at the door like a puppy does with love and enthusiasm instead of grumpies more marriages would survive. How you set the tone of the time together is half the battle.

why is that? Our pets are loyal to us and most
functional people will never part with there pets.
but We're fickle with each other
its the talking that screws it up.
Don't talk to me b_tch! shut up b_tch! Its quiet
time!
Maybe we'll try that one next time...any takers?

Jk...lol

I agree that maybe pets can sense stuff about us. My dogs tend to put a paw on my knee, as if to be reassuring me, if I'm sat down.

Sometimes my ferrets do little dances, or roll around. And it has me in fits of laughter. They always come to the front of the cage to greet me.

I used to have two guinea pigs. They'd run around my leg in a circling motion. They thought they were racing cars. lol. I sometime think pets intuitively know how to make you laugh. I have a lot of love for them.

Last one bought me a puppy, puppy was awesome bull mastiff sweet dog. She kept her when I moved out. Heart breaking to let the dog go. Really I will buy my own puppy this way its not a tool to use as leverage or a throw in your face when there is a argument I bought you this type deal. G/F part guess that will take time or happens when it was meant to.
