None of which I would put past this tyrant I think even in the Case of War,there would have to be an Election! Not if he claims "war powers". Elections can be suspended in time of war..... it's happened before His NDAA bill gave him lots of war powers in peace time, like indefinite detention and the suspension of rights to citizens (martial law in essence), control of energy, resources, communications, and transportation, but not the power to cancel elections |

With this possible changing of the constitution, there could be a third term granted for a president. I hate to even type it but this is what I heard. It's too late for me right now to research an article but maybe someone will touch on the subject. |
