This afternoon at work I got a feeling that someone has walked up behind me and said something. I look around and there isn't anyone with me. Nothing at all. Yet the voice is loud enough that I could here it over the roar of the equipment I was running and through my hearing protection.

Spooky stuff. Did it happened before?
;) Sometimes when I'm tired at work, I hear / feel / see something. I then refill my cup of coffee. |

Spooky stuff. Did it happened before? ;) Sometimes when I'm tired at work, I hear / feel / see something. I then refill my cup of coffee. All the time. Sometimes it's shadows in the corner of my eye. Sometimes it's a poke or tap. And a couple times it's three scratches on the arm or back. |

When I hear voices like that I wonder if I am reading someone's mind.

. I used to hear those voices all the time... buy me a Mercedes Benz.
. buy me diamonds.. then the voices started to say.. I hate you.. I'm keeping the vacation property.. I'm going to leave you and take everything... it turns out it was the x playing subliminal messages... through a tape recorder she had under my pillow. ..well I slept at night. .. funny thing is now that she's gone... I still hear the voices.. but now they say.. The new Xbox is coming out... I want more Twinkies.. I need a new bike...   . |

Going on a limb here & biting off those scary movies cliches when investigating the past history of events, types of spirits & instigating. Have you done research? Or has any shared the same experience? Hearing voices is one thing but getting scratches from nowhere is scary.

Going on a limb here & biting off those scary movies clich�s when investigating the past history of events, types of spirits & instigating. Have you done research? Or has any shared the same experience? Hearing voices is one thing but getting scratches from nowhere is scary. Yes, there are a few others whom have seen, heard and/or felt something. There is one report of a guy who was on a man-lift working on an overhead conveyor system. That conveyor was turned on and caught the man-lift turning it over. The guy hit his head on the concrete floor and died instantly. He was up a good 20 feet in the air. There is high power inside our facility - 480 volts, 3 phase. Whether that enhances any disturbances, I wouldn't know. According to TAPS (Ghost Hunters), high EMF could help enhance the paranormal activity. Or it can make people think there is a presence if they are sensitive to high EMF too. |

I can't explain it but if your feeling these things maybe someone passed away in the area and their spirit is trapped.

@ jacktrades : I know right! Then again, bitting off from Paranormal Activity the film, stating there's 2 kind of spirits : lost / trapped souls & demonic who torments. I'm no expert but I'm sure there are also books of diff. types of demonic spirit as well.
@wxmann : Your story resembles so much of Stephen King's Mangler! If your boss cared enough - maybe then relocate (highly doubt it), perform a chant (order that priest from Exorcist), call an expert (Ghost Hunters...idk, Ghost Busters) or crank up your paycheck due to unseen hazardous (scratches). How deep & long were they? I can just picture your wife questioning those scratches saying "Who is she? Surely not the Casper the friendly ghost?" ...lol! |

Relocation out of the question as the facility is gotta be over 800,000 sq ft now.  And still growing.  The scratches are not deep. I do have a couple pics of them but can't post 'em on here.  "My Wife"!?  I have yet to go out with a woman.  Never have had my first date yet.

I actually smell ghosts. When I suddenly smell cigarette smoke and I'm in a closed vehicle by myself, I know my grandfather is there. I smell gardenias very strongly when my friend's grandmother is near. Sometimes I just get a sense that someone is near me. But, I've never heard a voice. One night I did feel a touch as someone held my hand. But, I was too close to sleep to say what that was for sure. |

Since you're not the only one experienced it, it might be a good idea to call someone that able to help with the situation, perform cleansing and blessing the place.
