Messages are no longer duplicating, thanks Charles.

I'm working on getting time estimates with regard to fixes. Thanks to everybody for the patience.

edit:
For those still sending duplicate messages, please clear your browser's cache. The problem was the result of an error in our JavaScript. It has since been fixed, but this could still happen in cases where the cache has yet to be cleared.

As for the bug when mailing another user from Mutual Match, we are working on it.

Could you explain in plain English what this means?

Can't you be bothered to sort out your paying clients' problems?

It means the problem might still persist if you don't clear your web browser's cache.
If you're still seeing messages duplicated when sending you should perhaps clear the cache in whatever web browser you use.

If you're not seeing messages duplicated when sending you don't need to do anything.

Have a look here for a how-to on whatever browser you're using - http://pcsupport.about.com/od/browsers/f/clear-cache.htm

Thanks for the reply with the resource / link, DarCWQ. I'll just add that we might be able to employ a way to empty everybody's cache where Mingle2 is concerned. More to come.

You have a free account, Exchexpat, but we want to make sure that we help as many members as possible.

my messages are being sent twice, I'm glad that I'm not the only one. I just didn't want the people I was communicating with to think I was pushy. LOL

Have you emptied your browser's cache, orangesandapples? If you're not sure how to do it, see the link which DarCWQ provided a few replies ago.

It has been happening to me also. Am new and have no clue how to make it stop. I must admit to being technologically challenged also. Don't really understand most talk on here:smile:

Welcome, Tenderluckylady. Have you perused the page at the URL below? If not, be sure to do so. It spells things out fairly well.

Yeah, it's happening to me too--everything I post appears twice!

I thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me! (not really!)

Hope you get it fixed soon...

-Garret

We fixed the bad code some time ago, idlehans, so you may just need to empty your cache:
