Now that the court has ruled that Federal subsidies are illegal on a Federal exchange and many states don't have an exchange. What is going to happen next.

The courts will rule on the illegal origination of the law in the Senate, where the law says a spending bill must originate in the House?

So, they're all hung up about one part saying that 'exchange is setup by the State' to mean that the Federal Exchange cannot subsidize policies, but that ignores long precedent where proofreading errors cannot override the meaning of the whole bill.

Never mind the fact that the two Conservative judges went ahead and took it upon themselves to argue points not pressed by the Plaintiffs.

Nice try.

The judges rule what the judges rule.

Some of the posters don't care about the impact to people, they just want to stick it to President Obama.

As was always planned..... without the subsidies for the federal exchanges costs will skyrocket until people demand something be done...

POOF! enter single payer Hitlery Care! You'll really love that one!

so once again it is ok to ignore procedures that are law when it allows the President to get his own way? Not in this country. You might consider moving and taking the current President with you.

the senators and the president (providing he was not on a week long golf holiday at the time) were perfectly aware of the procedural violation at the time. they were hoping that no one would notice.

2016 won't come soon enough huh?

Hopefully November will see an end to Slimy Reid as SML and congress might finally get something done.... maybe even right for a change.

This admin is the most inept, corrupt bunch of criminals to ever grace our halls of power, but putting in an establishment Repulsicon isn't going to change much of anything since they all serve the same masters..... and it ain't "we the people"!

I mostly agree but I think any change would be for the better.
