Some of Einstein's theories generate math equations that have proven so successful we might start calling them laws instead of theories. The main one, of course, is General Relativity, which equates space/time with gravity. This well proven theory shows that the effect on space/time (they have to be taken as sum and parts of the same thing) is an elastic effect that can lengthen or shorten dimensional space and time relative to the strength of the gravitational field.

That said, the same math that allows gravity to be so strong as to create black holes (a place in space/time with such enormous mass as to pull all nearby matter inside and from which light cannot escape) should indicate that "what goes in can come out someplace else" therefore allowing the theoretical existence of white holes which would be a hole in space/time that spews matter and energy out.

On a deeper note, the equations that define physics in large events, i.e., general relativity, don't really play well with quantum physics (the physics of the very, very small ... think atomic). However, once the mass enters the black hole it collapses into a tiny singularity that should have all the quirks of a quantum particle including the right to exist in multiple locations in somewhat of a random nature. Since it has already torn a hole in space/time and it can exist in more than one location, maybe a white hole is it's appearance someplace else. We haven't knowingly observed white holes yet. The math just indicates that they could exist.

A White Hole could also be what is commonly represented by the Tai Chi symbol to those interested in alchemy... Maybe?

I have long shared the same belief, however the latest info seems to be that the principles of hyperbolics are finding fault with relativity. not to knock the whole thing, just portions thereof.

No, it is just as physical as any other mass body. We just don't understand much of the the internal math yet. Much of the black hole physics on a Relativistic scale are well known and documented.

"black hole" s just a name of something we know is there, we just don't know exactly what it is yet...

once they figure out what it is, the name may change

not sure what that means... but if it has lots of gravity, then maybe...

Quantum singularity, is just another name for black hole.

What is a white hole supposed to do? Is it anything like a black hole & worm hole?
I've mentioned it in the past that there's a worm hole on Earth that links it to another planet....no scientists etc will ever know about this until the moment it opens up & the creatures are unleashed on earth

just fantasy, there's no such thing... supposedly it's the opposite of a black hole, the point where everything that goes into a black hole comes out, but thats just hogwash...

the only thing we know of the a black hole releases is x-rays, and they travel for thousands of light years from the poles of the black holes...

here is a pic from the chandra x-ray telescope in space, the line is comng from a black hole at the center of a far away galaxy, while the dots are normal x-ray objects
