Shouldn't have worked in the garden yesterday, not the day before having to put up my painting.. Think I have to see my physiotherapist, it's pretty bad..

Shouldn't have worked in the garden yesterday, not the day before having to put up my painting.. Think I have to see my physiotherapist, it's pretty bad.. Awwww, try and get your physio asap. I'm in a lot of pain to, I'm seeing my doctor in a hours time.

You know you are getting old when you enjoy VH1 more than MTV, dang I saw the birth of MTV that just sucks I remember when MTV first started...could hardly watch anything else...to see your favorite bands in your living room...all day and night...dang good times.. ...now it's all that reality...and it's not even real...real boring...hmmm..I want my MTV...lol.. MTV, turned into pimp this and pimp that.. I guess that sells.

Don't think anyone wants to know ... will only cause ppl to get aching shoulders ... I'm still in the same mood ... only difference being that my neck / upper back hurts

Can't see my physio till the 4th, which is pretty useless, cos I got an appointment with my osteopath on the 3rd, also for my neck & back. She's been on maternity leave for months, so it's going to be my first appointment since September. I had hoped to see my physio this week. Physio is completely covered by med insurance, osteopathy isn't. So I rather have a physio work on relaxing the upset muscles before I go to the expensive osteopath so then the osteo can do the more serious work that needs to be done. You still with me? LOL But yeah... didn't pan out that way. Just bad luck that I pulled a muscle ..
