A bystander has caught video of a mysterious floating fireball that appears to hang over the sky in Argentina. With no explanation available many are claiming it to be a UFO.

The video was actually taken at the beginning of January but has only just been uploaded onto the internet. According to UFO Sightings Daily, local residents in Fras spotted the fireball and at first believed it was nothing more than a meteor.

Of course meteors move at very high speeds when entering the Earth's atmosphere and so tend to appear and disappear in seconds.

towards the end, it turns... it's a craft of some sort....

This appears to be a classic 'forced perspective' of the reflection of something, like a lamp-fixture, in a pane of glass.

How is this done...?

While there is still a modest amount of light outside of a building, like at dusk, the viewer with his/her camera need only be sitting in a darkened room. When a light or an object is illuminated from another light-source is placed or suspended behind the viewer with the camera, the ghostly-reflection is now in the field of the viewer off of the window. If anyone else, in the darkened back-drop, moves the light or the illuminated object, suddenly it takes on a life-of-its-own. shocked

These are the most common type of U.F.O. hoaxes. smile2

I saw a weird light in the sky over southern Glasgow, earlier tonight Moe, while driving. Some other people must've seen it also, as it just appeared, for a couple of minutes then disappeared, just as fast as it had first arrived and it was no plane either, as it stayed in the same position all the time. Gonna search youtube later to see if anyone has caught it and uploaded it? drinker

depending on the angle, it could have been the sun reflecting off the belly of a plane... hard to say without seeing it... being that early in the evening, thats about 90% of strange lights reported... if thats what it was, there probably won't be any pics of it, because of the narrow locations of the viewers that could actually see it...

That's the thing, it couldn't have been a plane, as the flight paths over Glasgow, involve them swinging out past the East end of Glasgow, over northern Glasgow, to the Campsie hills, then their approach to Glasgow Airport, which doesn't involve southern Glasgow at all! My house in the east end is directly under their approaching flight paths!

It makes One wonder... Is the same person who took this video also responsible for the dramatic music? spock

i don't think so, a farmer in Argentina recorded it, and someone else dubbed the music... i think anyway

Directly south of me in Rutherglen, in south Glasgow, over a place called the Cathkin Braes.
