But does it matter ?? ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Yes, it matters b/c quality time (which you posted that you want)is usually spent with people in person. That means friends that you can actually see in real life, not just over an internet board. The ones you can visit by driving, or taking a bus/train for less than an hour to see. These are the people that will be your friends. Internet pals in another country are really just strangers on a computer screen. Good luck with the site.
