I am disgusted by letters from people saying get married so they can get a USA Visa, so far not on this site, but on Facebook. I do not even know how they get my facebook id to write to me? Anyone else have this annoying problem, getting letters saying marry me so I can get Visa and then divorce me, come on, REALLY!!!! I told them, NO WAY!

Do they actually have to marry you still to get a visa?
I sometimes feel they only have to shed some tears, stammer their life's in danger and we let them in, give them money, a completely furnished house, a car, clothes, education, food, medical treatment / healthcare etc etc.
Dutch ppl often can't get a rental, have to wait for 3+ years, there's not enough houses, and they keep many houses reserved for refugees (just sitting there, empty .. while Dutch ppl need housing!).
If court decides they have to leave the country, they aren't actually thrown out. They just walk out of court and simply stay in the country. Then why bother wasting our tax money on a court case?
I think Australia is the only one who's got that chit sussed.
