May 14 around 7PM in Washington heights 140st and Hamilton undercover officers Gonzalez from the 30th Pct. NYPD overstepped his boundaries and was not following proper protocol. #PoliceThePolice Barber's caption read.

What begins as a typical video of police abusing their badges takes a dramatic turn for the absolute best around six minutes in.

An angry member of the community boldly approached the officer and informed him that he has no business laying his hands on a 14-year-old child. She continues to bravely defend the child's rights without backing down, adamantly demanding the officer's names and drilling it into the teenagers that they need to tell their parents what the officers did.

Around 6:20 the officer jumps out of his vehicle and charges towards one of the young girls who was calmly explaining to him that she had not done anything wrong. She continues to back away and witnesses, women and children, jump right in - trying to get between the teenager and the plain-clothed officer trying to snatch her.

At 7:11 the officer makes another move to grab the young girl and a woman jumps in and rips her away from his grasp, as witnesses scream for the officers to go home.

After successfully separating the officers from the children, one of the (superhero) women screams at the officers.

"You know you're doing wrong! GO HOME!"

In one of the most shocking moments we have seen, the officers get in their unmarked car and leave.

With so many children dying at the hands of police, it is more important than ever to defend the youth.

"I was scared to put up this video at first because I was not sure if it would get the cops in trouble or the community but everyone was wrong at some point." Barber told The Free Thought Project.

blah blah blah blah. why were the cops there in the first place?? and if it was such a serious offense, why did the cops just end up leaving? probably because they knew they were out of line and they cant act like a bunch of tuff guys when theyre outnumbered. you should really move somewhere where they frown upon freedom, you might like it better.

I havent been able to watch it, but Im glad when a community protects its children from bullies,, even if they happen to wear a uniform.

exactly, thats no reason to go around forcefully grabbing young girls trying to arrest them over an accident. i agree i think the community did the right thing. only wish more community members would act like that. those cops left because they knew they were out of line. there was no justification for any use of force there whatsoever, those particular cops were just power trippin IMO.

We don't know what the girls were stopped for though and they didn't handle it bad at all. They didn't slam them, hell they didn't even handcuff them....

That fata$$ loudmouth should have been charged with obstruction or interfering.

Hell, at the very least they should have stuck a Twinkie in her mouth to shut her up!

No one knows what they were detained for. I am guessing the cops walked away because it was a very violent situation waiting to happen and instead of provoking a riot they will just pick the suspect up later. They also have a F-tard Mayor that will throw them under the bus for doing their jobs.

And the 14 year old was the one that kept trying to walk off. I also love how this Anarchist group just happened to be there filming. Sounds like a set up, instigating the entire situation to me....

who knows what would have happened if that "fat@$$" loudmouth didnt stick up for her. there was no reason at all for those cops to try to detain/arrest anyone. situatuion should have went down like this:

cop: did someone push a call button?
girl: yes but it was an accident.
cop: oh ok, well we will be on our way then, please try not too push the button unless of an emergency.
girl: ok, thanks officer.

the fact the officer put his hands on anyone, let alone a young girl for that matter, is ridiculous. im sure there is real criminals he should be out there looking for. guy must have been a little short of his monthly arrest/citation quota. those cops knew they were in the wrong, and once they saw that people were going to stand up to them, they left. if it really was a serious crime that justified an arrest you can bet they would have stayed an called for backup. but they didnt. they knew they were only provoking the community by trying to arrest someone for something so stupid.

well thats because if a cop says jump, and you dont say how high, it infuriates them. they think you have an obligation to do everything they say, which you dont.

frustrated You guys do know that the " Creepy Cop", " Pervy Cop", "Fetish Cop"... isn't anything new.?
I first heard about it in 1975, I was 15. Teachers warned the entire high school. Thank God.
They will try a variety of manipulation tactics to get your away & alone. Just like any other predator.
So for myself, I have seen this & experienced it from 15 yrs old to 45 yrs old.* They are hunting. They are not 'hitting on you', they are trying to separate you from the heard *
And I know both MEN & WOMEN that have not only experience it, but have suffered from the sexual abuse as children to adult. I was lucky. I knew what to say & warn all young ones about it.
