I would have a glorious champaign breakfast with all my loved ones and spend the remainder of the day riding my Pony...      shhh. don't call me that in public.

I would do the same thing I do everyday hug my boys give them a kiss.
let them know I love them and how blessed I am to have them in my life.. ...and go to work ...because everything I do in my work life would be a reminder to them that you can leave your mark on this world |

Having been told that I was on a short list for life more than once I think at this point I would have a hard time believing it.
Since I died once; obviously was was revived lol, and I have no fear of what comes next, I would probably just "keep on trucking" to quote a popular jingle of my youth. There is a lot to be said about slowing down and smelling the roses. I try to savor something about each day I am on earth. Not much about money or possessions but being in the moment and with the blessings of life. I like the idea of leaving a legacy of personal stuff to close loved ones but I already see that in how they live their lives so I don't know how much I would journal. If I had to suggest anything to OP, people in general, is just the "being" that is really important sometimes not the "doing". You are just as good a person if you don't push all the time to "be more". Life does not have to be a contest or a constant march to success or other's approval. You don't live your life in one day. |
