Night of the living hell! If I'd {we'd} been warned about the location I'd have given my 3 little poopers some proper amount of Dramamine to calm them down prior to that on slot of cannon fire!

Does anyone know how to do a proper 'UN-RAIN' dance; is that a regular 'RAIN DANCE' done backwards?
Seriously - another flood advisory weekend and more monsoon rains + tornado sighted but never touched down!  Wall Cloud rolling in - just West of my area!

'HIGH ALERT' going around my state for 'WEST NILE';
All equine need to have their shots - dogs/cats left outdoors will suffer some type of virus from mosquito bites {heart worms #1 major concern}! If it ever stops raining I'm going to mix up some grass spray: vinegar + Epson salts + blue dawn dish soap and spray all of my yard! Kills: chiggers/mosquito's/slugs/bugs plus weeds and is eco friendly too!!! |

Resigned, I have to cut a acre of grass and the heat index is 108. Ouch!...I just finished mine (3/4 of an acre) about an hour ago...It's 94 here today and the humidity is through the roof...This is very unusual for the Plateau...My grass is starting to look like it's late July...Don't forget to wear a dew rag around your neck Jack...It really helps keep you cool...
