I was wondering what Ellie Goulding looked like, so I Googled her.
Surprised. Most pictures make her look like a real vamp, yet, if you look at non photo shoot-related pictures ... not much of a vamp ...

Flabby, fat inner thighs, pointy and protruding chin (you hardly find pictures of her en profile, because she don't look great that way I spose), large nose ... typical English stocky build: very short neck (which she hides with her hair), barely a waist line and short legs.

She not particularly slender, her @$$ and thighs got a lot of dimples. She shouldn't really be wearing a bikini ... would prolly look better in a full swimsuit.
She had a boob job, she was flat as a pancake, and when I say flat, I do mean flat. As a pancake. Never seen anyone that flat before.

Meaning if she can be made to look like a vamp, we all can, lol. Just get a good photographer, the right poses that hide flabby, fat inner thighs, and Bob's your uncle.
But she sure as heck ain't no vamp. What a fake world we live in ...

Not to knock the woman, but there's so many women that feel incredibly insecure about their body. Sometimes it's good to look at pictures of so called vamps. If they are considered good-looking with all their many flaws, what are we so concerned about?
We are all goddesses

I think shes really pretty, and just because shes got dimples, why shouldn't she wear a bikini? many women much bigger than her wear bikinis and look great. I say good for her!

haha... i dunno about all the editing done on her body, but i had to take a peek at the top images google had on her...
she seems like a regular person..29 year old. i don't see much reason to be critical about her looks. she's not a total knockout, but she's not ugly either.
we all have our little tricks and poses that we do in order to look good for the camera. much more for her, since she is an artist. im sure a lot of what she does and project in front of the camera has been practiced and taught by her image consultant or publicist.
but i say kudos to female artists who are secure with their body image enough to be able to show their physical flaws without being so "in-your-face" about it.
yes, we are all goddesses flowerforyou

Yes. Women are more sensitive? conscious? to/of self image than men, generally, but a great package doesn't have to look like a magazine cover.

"Everyone is beautiful in their own way"...And Ellie is way above average in more ways than one...The size of her azz has nothing to do with the sound of her voice...What an amazing talent...smitten

What a fake world we live in

Not really "fake" IMO.

It's just communication that isn't obvious and easy, that tricks your eyes forcing you to either accept the immediate and move on, or think harder.

Most people don't want to think harder, they just want to say "shallow," or, "goth," or, "fatty," or, "fake," and move on.

what are we so concerned about?

The same thing we've always been concerned about.
Food, sex, belonging to a group in order to secure food, and sex.

We are all goddesses

Being a goddess is a great way to make sure you are worshiped rather than ostracized.

If people are going to objectify and marginalize you it's better they do so and want to be around you, desire you, than do so and push you away, be repulsed by you.

The former gets you stuff, the latter prevents your access to stuff.
