Hang in there. Things look darkest before the dawn. There are days you want to... But the next day, when you wait it out, you will be glad you waited it through. I understand the feeling of despair and frustration. Stay strong.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so overwhelmed. Been there , done that , got the t-shirt so you have my sympathy.

I will say sometimes you have to be your own best advocate and learn that it is ALWAYS ok to use the magic word NO and or say Time out to recharge your batteries (REST) when your feeling like more is more than you can handle. We all have limits and what we can handle on one day is not always what we can handle when things tend to "snowball" which they often do. People find this out often the hard way when they hit the wall and have to try to pull themselves up with very little help. Hard as it is letting friends or even strangers help is perfectly acceptable.

I have found that very few problems are not easier if taken on in small "baby" steps than trying to think of some grand answer. Very few situations come on over night so not likely to get gone over night either but sometimes just journaling the issues helps me sort out problems and see if any solutions are available for parts of the problem and when/where I can get started.

The older I get I find most issues women face are NOT "new" and there is generally someone around with experience that can help "light" the way if we ask. Have a lot of experience and caring here in Mingle land if you want to tap into it. Good Luck.

some say that trouble comes in three's

not sure I believe it but I do know that withing course of a week my computer died that I needed for grad school, had to spend over 600 bucks getting brakes fixed and had to come up with money to pay for my son's class trip and this was right after I graduated and was trying to save every penny for moving..I was a nervous wreck for awhile there..worrying if I was gonna have enough money for down payment and moving truck, if my oldest son was gonna be able to take time off of work to help ..worry worry worry worry its what I do ..hahhaa

deep breahth...let it out
one thing at a time
handle what you can handle today..
if the answer is ya just dont know yet how that is gonna work out
then ok..that is the answer

Sea flowers

Why don't you talk to a professional, it's an option at least and better than keeping it locked in.

Let it all out, it's what they're there for.

(((Pacific))) yes, too many things and on some I can have only limited influence to change. And I am used to never ask for help of others thats true too. Hate to rant or whine and annoy others with my problems when I know they have enough of theirs, more I am supporter. Just sometimes I lose strength too. And am afraid how I will handle it all by myself and what will come next. Seking a new job, lost previous one more than two months ago, deep financial problems, not to count others and the last one which almost broke me down the most - yesterday when I posted this topic I thought that I lost one very, very dear friend for good - and couldnt do anything about it than to respect his choice. Just felt enormous emptiness and felt as giving up everything.

Thank you so much for your kind and warm words and offer. Thank you.
It means so much to me that Im just not so alone flowers

Great idea Joe
I find writing a journal about things help me too. I don't dwell on it but it gets it out of me.
