You promote and advertize your site as FREE, but when we try to check who our matches are or who viewed us, WE HAVE TO UPGRADE and therfore PAY. What is FREE THEN ?? NOTHING IN THE END. I am deleting my profile.

I am deleting my profile. Since they are not a Match until you both say 'Yes' you seem to be inquiring about seeing who they are before the fact, which does take the upgrade to do. In the event you actually get a Match you easily see who it is on your Match page. Anyone and everyone can see who viewed them, not sure where you got that from. If your misapprehensions carry the day, best of luck to you :-)

I have the similiar problem,can not view my matches who clicked yes on me unless I upgrade and pay- Smily5 & Soufiehere are correct.

Nothing is totally free now a days. You only got to pay if you want an upgrade. If you don't want, still you can enjoy the other services, you can chat unlimited, enjoy reading and posting in the forum. If you want to see your match, I think you will have an idea from the people who viewed you? I don't think that's a big issue? Hmph! Goodbye and goodluck!
