i think we just found out who Lucile kissed...

Much of The Walking Dead‘s sixth season, particularly the latter half, was spent building up to the reveal of new villain Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), which in turn led to plenty of buzz about whether the show would stick to the storyline of the comic books and have Negan brutally kill off fan-favorite character Glenn, who has been around since the very start of the show. The Walking Dead showrunner Scott M. Gimple was apparently eager to keep the speculation going, because The Walking Dead‘s season 6 finale concluded with a cliffhanger ending of Negan bringing down his bat, Lucille, on the head of an unknown character.

The tricky thing about cliffhangers involving potential character deaths is that, during the months-long wait for The Walking Dead season 7, the real world still exists. One of the chief complaints about season 6’s cliffhanger among fans was that the character death would end up getting spoiled by casting news anyway, thereby taking the sting out of the “shocking” death when it finally happened on screen. Now, it looks like that fear may have been justified.

THR reports that Steven Yeun, who plays Glenn on the show, has just been cast in Bong Joon-Ho’s monster movie Okja. The film is being produced by Plan B for Netflix, and stars Seohyun An as a girl who befriends a genetically engineered pig called Okja, and is forced to go on a rescue mission when Okja grows to huge proportions and the corporation that created him takes him back. The rest of the cast includes Tilda Swinton, Jake Gyllenhaal, Paul Dano, Lily Collins, Devon Bostick, Byun Heebong, Shirley Henderson, Daniel Henshall, Yoon Je Moon and Choi Wooshik. Yeun is also set to star in Joe Lynch’s action thriller Mayhem, which is currently filming.

i always thought it would be funny if Glenn made a Big Bang Theory reference about Sheldon while talking with someone one the show...

he played Sheldons roommate before Leonard, and was in one episode...

Lol

I remembered him on that now.
That's another a must watch program.

I possible couldn't live with Sheldon. Signing a contract? Stuff that!
Two years before he kissed his girlfriend.

I am glad for Clenn that his career is moving forward.
More excited Daryl is still on.

Other than what you posted about Glen being cast in another show. I thought the one that was killed was Abraham. Reason I though that as because when Negan was pointing Lucile at everyone, Abraham kinda stood proud to except it. The Negan moved on Untill the last scene where we didn't see who it was...he says...yo took it better than I thought you would. As if he didn't really think Abraham would stand tough. Also, even though he made the threat to kill more if anyone made a noise I don't see how Maggie could cry silently if Glen was killed brutally like that. Besides that. Acting doesn't take that long. Especially since they have never made a winter scene. They take breaks that we don't realize. It looks continuous to us.. he could be filming other shows in between his walking dead schedule. I really don't think walking dead would allow that info to get out as secretive as they have been the whole time.

I looked around on the net and found that ( I'll just call him glen). Has made 2 movies and 2 other cartoon voices while making walking dead. So its possible he may live through this.

Another reason I think that it's Abraham is because while Negan was was pointing Lucile at each person he was getting a feel for the group's reaction. There wasn't much of a reaction when it came to Abraham. But everyone else had terrifying reactions. Negan knows Ricks group are bad ***** cause they took out so many of his people. Negan don't want them all dead. He has to kill one of them to prove a point to them and his own people. Negan wants to keep them alive so he can control and use them. I don't think he wants to really piss off the group by killing a important person to them cause he knows they will seek revenge if it's somebody really important. So I think he went after the one that initially had a lesser response. Plus if you really didn't know Ricks group. Abraham is a big guy. He would seem to be more of a threat then little old Glen. Sorry. I am a big fan of walking dead and have watched it since day 1. I like Glen and hope he doesn't die. In the comics. This is where Glen dies. But the show hasn't followed deaths the same as comics. Originally Sasha's brother was supposed to be Ricks right hand man but Daryl (which was not in the comic at all) was so popular, the kept him instead. So nobody really knows. Good luck Glenn

0512_walking_dead_car_crash_scene_launchTurns out Glenn and Daryl save people in real life too ... just not from zombies.

"The Walking Dead" stars Norman Reedus and Steve Yeun were cruising on motorcycles Thursday in Peachtree City, GA when they came upon a car crash near the set ... and they jumped into action.

We're told injuries were fairly minor, but the duo hung around until paramedics arrived.

This COULD be a huge clue for 'TWD' fans -- last season ended with a mystery death ... the fact the two were together near set indicates their characters are ALIVE!!!

Tragicendings you could be on to something

Another I thought of is Neagan won't like a snitch. This is the second time Abraham snitch so maybe Neagan thought he was the weakest link. I will do them a favour.

Surely if they were to get rid of Clen they would not expect him to remain silent until the next season.

Spoiler warning for Season 6 of The Walking Dead, and maybe Season 7, we'll see

In the Season 6 finale of The Walking Dead, new villain Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) introduced himself by killing a major character with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. The episode ended on a cliff-hanger - we know somebody died, but not who. So the hot topic of conversation among fans during the show's summer break is speculating about who was on the receiving end. This week, TVGuide.com will be presenting and prognosticating on the most likely candidates. First up is Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan).

It's probably Maggie.

When we last saw her, Maggie was debilitatingly sick from as-yet-unexplained pregnancy complications. When Negan's 11 potential victims were captured by the Saviors, they were on their way to Hilltop to get medical help for Maggie. She's shaky, immobile, and almost delirious from fever and pain. Even if she isn't killed by Negan, things aren't looking good for her right now.

The reasons why Maggie is the most likely person who died are mostly behind-the-scenes. According to the eagle-eyed obsessives at Spoil the Dead, Lauren Cohan has only been spotted on set once so far during filming for Season 7. And that was for premiere, which will pick up exactly where the finale left off. Reportedly the show filmed death scenes for everyone to make sure leaks of footage aren't incriminating, so everyone had to be there for that episode. But she's been absent ever since.

Additionally, she doesn't seem to be anywhere near The Walking Dead's Georgia set. Her posts on social media are pretty light on TWD content these days. In May, during a time when the show was filming, she posted a selfie on Instagram from the beach. It's possible that the photo was from an earlier time and she posted it later to misdirect fans, but it's also possible that she was on vacation while her surviving colleagues were at work. The Walking Dead shoots outside of Atlanta, hundreds of miles from the ocean. It's possible that she was at a lake beach, but that photo doesn't look like it was taken at, say, Lake Peachtree.

In terms of the show itself, Maggie's death would be huge. Killing her off would be shocking and devastating, perhaps even more than if it was her husband Glenn (Steven Yeun). In the comics, Glenn was Negan's victim. The show could follow that arc, but there's the issue of Glenn's poorly received fake-out death last season. Fans and critics were annoyed with the execution of Glenn's adventure under the dumpster, and to go through all that just to have Glenn die for real would make the fake-out seem even more pointless and risk further alienating fans. Switching it to Maggie would keep it literally and figuratively in the family: a beloved character who's been on the show for many seasons with deep ties to many other characters. It would be brutal, and perfectly in line with the show's "anyone can die at any time" ethos. I mean, she's pregnant! (And don't forget, there's already a baby on the show. Is there room for another?)

Oh I would not have thought her.
Interesting

I was hoping it was the snitch. He is a weak link. I would use the baseball bat on him but this could be used for another story line the snitch could be privately in Neagans gang.

They have done this well normally you can guess who but this time they have hidden it well.
When the person is revealed I think a few could be shock but think yes that makes sense

This could make or break the group.
I am looking forward to find out what happens next
Two and a bit months left

I always hated to wait. Never was my strong point. Lol
