If you could have dinner with the two people, one living & one dead.
Who would they be?

* It doesn't matter if you know or meet either before or if they are famous or infamous or not *

Example:
Thomas Jefferson & Donald Trump
We would listen to light classical music , dine on French cuisine & argue & laugh. drinker

Paul Walker & Steve Kerr (Warriors Head Coach)

I will listen to him talks,
whatever he wants to talk about &
then I will get to ask him questions,
then watch the way he smiles regardless
of what we are eating & what music we are listening:smile:

And I would laugh at that too & maybe choke on a crpe..
Especially if one says " Well I loved my wife's slaves & the other says " The Mexicans love me "

I'm not one to wish for fanciful things but since you asked...

Jesus Christ & Nikola Tesla

I would make some Cajun Burritos and a Strawberry flip-cake

I would converse with Jesus Christ about religions and with Nikola Tesla about technology.

I considered Einstein. He was certainly smart but not fundamentally smart. I also considered Stephen Hawking but I am not entirely convinced that he is as smart as made out to be.
I picked Tesla because he was a brilliant thinker on any given subject.
Not only a thinker - He was also a doer.

I considered Neil DeGrass Tyson. I like the way he talks. He thinks like I do but I wanted someone that thinks differently so as to broaden my horizons.

If you could have dinner with the two people, one living & one dead.
Who would they be?

My mom and dad, or grandma and grandpa.
I know they would get along and appreciate having dinner together with me.

I would like to say drew barrymore and someone like jesus.

But, I fear drew barrymore would stab me to death since the only way she'd come to my house is if I magically kidnapped her and transported her to where we were having dinner.

And jesus would send me to hell for usurping his resurrection powers and kidnapping drew barrymore.

Then he'd use jesus power to make his finger glow e.t. like, which would turn drew barrymore on, and I'd have to watch jesus bang drew barrymore on my dining room table, and then clean himself off with my good napkins.

So, I think trying to have dinner with anyone other than those I know personally would end in me being screwed over.

Most people, living or dead, are going to be resentful of someone forcing them into a strangers home, or wherever the dinner is, to fulfill selfish whims.

Hmmmm...so maybe harry houdini and david carradine.
They don't/didn't mind being tied up and I can't imagine famous strangers that had better things to do than sit around with some weird stranger sticking around for dinner.

Gosh this is a difficult question,

Mmmmmm.....
I think for the dead person I would choose my Parents smile2
I would tell them how much I love them and what a great job they did raising this half baked child

And for the living person I would choooooooseeeeee Bill Gates or Kylie Minogue, Both of whom have overcome gazillions of hurdles and hardships and problems in their own unique ways...

Maybe it would be super to spend time with both of them at the same time :)

All four of my choices in my opinion are also excellent role models.

I would choose Dad and Rains
They both a very wise and will say things that need to be said at the right time even if you don't want to hear it. You know they are perfectly right.

Oh, Wow, I completely misread the instructions. Someone currently alive?
...

Um...

You Sassy!

It would be a quiet dinner by the outdoor fireplace with a nice glass of wine and a starry night.
We would talk of dreams and wishes and when you are relating your desires I would sink into the beauty of your soul streaming from your glistening eyes.

Or...

A dog that can talk
We would share a T-bone and some fresh water and he could tell me how he manages such devoted love.
