A lot depends on who you turn out to be.

I look at your pictures and it suggests you are much younger than what would be viable for most men who could afford to travel to you. Men here in their 20's still don't earn the kind of wages that afford international travel. Many struggle to live independently and afford a car.

Especially NICE ones that would not be coming for a vacation for a little hanky panky and then leave. Sad but women on line do have to deal with the stereotypes.

Could you improve your chances by promoting yourself in a different manner? I think so. Presenting yourself as a future professional (student of what?) how and where do you live within your home country.

At least to younger people in my community that live near, work with, and like your peers who live here helps you. You have the good fortune that they are often excellent ambassadors for the country and the people. Hard working, devoted family and friends, social, pleasant, hospitable, intelligent, honest people that for me are EXCELLENT neighbors.( My neighbor in fact is making a trip home this week to attend a family funeral and instead of flowers we have given her travel cash because she is the first one to help when others are in need. )

But all that said I would just be so VERY Careful because you do not want to get into some terrible situation where you could be terribly exploited. Because it does happen every day.

Probably a lot better for you to focus on your education and maybe travel here to go to school, take a job, and find someone that way. Then you could have a net work of local people to help you judge the persons real character and history.

Uhhh you're just 20 and still a student so I don't know if someone about your age would risk going to the Philippines just to meet you because the younger a person is the more financially unstable they are...unless it's an Arabian Oil Prince of some sort but well...good luck.
