Everyone who cheats are weak, and have no self confidence. So any half wit can convince them into the act. If these people had any common sense they would throw away these methods.

Lots of people feel giddy excitement when they see people lie.
I think it's for several reasons.
Including but not limited to:
1. You know they lied. You know something. It's like power. Information is power and you know something they might not know.

2. You have the moral upper hand and potential leverage for a free pass to act "bad." That's powerful.

3. When a lot of people lie they put on a childish expression or resort to childish mannerisms that cause an automatic "cuteness" reaction. Like when a 4 year old makes up a story about unicorns and is all excited about it.

4. It's a submissive act. Telling the truth may get them punishment.
It's acknowledging you have the power to hurt them.

5. Depending on the situation their lie may be helping you out, either with a problem, a decision, or worldview.

6. You may lie a lot too. Even if you don't admit it to yourself. But you find someone like you. That feels good when you find someone you have something in common with.

7. Potential proof you are smarter and better than someone.
You are smart enough to see a lie. You are better than they are because you'd never lie like that. People love to feel superior.

For the same reason that men love to cheat. Next question.

Jesus..peoe ..its not just women who cheat,,c'mon..our d.n.a. says sex it highest forms of coneccting..tho few are grateful..but the women are unsatisfied as a rule ..and the men...hey..who doesnt have 50-180 seconds to spare....lol.Bottom lie...women i particular cheat while feling god about themselves...so as a guy...I had to say I dont agree with communities view.

I agree with the gentleman from outerspace. These threads are not my cup of tea. Men and women cheat. Fact is a fact. Move on, this is not healthy. Now we have 2 of these threads running. Anyone want to start a third????
