I just launched my Small business
Idk if we can post links but you can you find my site at *************

I am satisfied with the site just having a hard time with any concerns I may have in the future regarding managing books how to go from paper to paperless what to look out for when it come to taxes what are some exemptions and or tax write offs.

Also with less than a year in business how or when can I start to consider my business a source of income to the banks to be considered for a home loan.

I am sorry I have so many questions just well... I don't know :triumph:

I agree with No1
Get an accounting program like or similar to Quickbooks -there is an online version as well as a desktop version
Then hire yourself a bookkeeper who can come in once a month to tidy up your bank balances etc...
Then you will be able to generate reports for a bank or credit union .
There are sites as well as Shopify that might help you
Good luck in your new endeavour

As the others have said Quickbook's is a great program work with it every day...

We do everything through QuickBooks, then put it on a flash drive every 3 months and take it to the accountant easy as can be...

QuickBooks is great to work with easy and friendly.. Our Accountant set the program up for us and showed us how to use it.. Payroll and everything is done through QuickBooks.

I have worked with this program for 5 years and absolutely love it....Everything you do Invoices, checks all your clients you work with all set up within the program....

Only advice I have is find you a good accountant and go from there...

Just make sure what ever you decide to go with back up your computer on a flash drive have a fire proof safe and back up once a week just in case something happens with the the program or the computer you have a way to get your stuff back...

The program is going to cost you so much to buy then so much once a year to maintain it... But well worth it..

you need to start small.. very small and grow. You are not gong to get a dime from the banks until you start showing steady revenue and a well thought out realistic professional business plan. It usually takes about 2 solid years of revenue and a great plan to secure funs ( from any source)

If your business is growing well and you need more cash then the banks will offer, you can think about a Venture Capitalist Co (VC), but they want a big return and or a slice of the co... think hard about doing that.

Don't take a dime out the business for yourself, reinvest it in sales, marketing, distribution or inventory.

Don't bankroll the company with your private funds ( except seed money) or assets.. never do that.

It takes awhile and a lot of determination. But you can do it.
