Coffee, rarely eat breakfast. This is me.. I don't want food first thing I want coffee blessed coffee I was like that for SO many years...and a cpl years ago, I got to where I just HAD to have something to eat when I got up or I got cranky lol. Already thinking about tomorrow morning....biscuits and tomato gravy I think....pretty simple: Brown 1lb of breakfast sausage and drain. Add 1 can of Rotel and a 6oz can of tomato sauce...simmer for 15 min and thicken with a lil corn starch and water. Serve over split biscuits...mmmMMMM!

This morning I had coffee and turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread. Yes, that's right. I really lost interest in cereal or eggs or oatmeal and I need something different.

Along those same lines...when I was growing up, we would sometimes have "breakfast" for supper.....eggs, bacon, whatever, for the evening meal. Was always a fav....

A weekend breakfast where you can laze away the day.. includes potato perogies deep fried recommend boiling until cooked been using Crisco for your deep frying mushroom ham, sausage green pepper and onion omelette bacon .. slow cooked beans in Canadian maple syrup topped off with your choice Hot sauce.. bagel and cream cheese a liter of orange juice
