Do you think people are clickish on here? In life do we just click with some people and not others?

I am not sure about the proverbial cliques, I think it is more that we tend to gravitate to people we have things in common with. Whether age, belief's, how long we have been on the site, life experiences etc...

On here I have a wide range of friends that I chat with privately, I have a wide range that I play on the game threads with and then others on other forums kind of like real life.

Do I think that it can be yes... I tend to shy away from cliques and the clique mentality. I prefer to floatlaugh

Makes me think of a click beetle upside down floating and clicking in the water

Cliquish....and yes, that's the appropriate spelling, is actually the perfect title for this thread. ....or how it's turning out anyway, with all the "mingle2 old school" talk. But it's understandable.....things in the internet world have changed...to the chagrin of some it seems.
But here's a "flowerforyou " so it's all good drinker

This thread was about rudeness of accusation as well as being welcoming to newcomers and not making them feel excluded. I was very interested on the opinions of the forums. That as a newcomer at first glance being judgemental of others and who they are and represent isn't a good thing g. Also, as the older members maybe we should you more acknowledgment of the newbies posts to make them feel more welcome and less like an outsider looking in.

To the newbies don't knock or judge my friends because you don't know them and it pisses me off in an email or in the forums. Thank you.

Always better to be pissed off rather than on

I don't know enough about the crowds here today, if there are any, and if they are a clique, and they feel comfortable with the group they are involved with, that's good.

IF... they are bullying others though, they need to use the time that they use to bully, to find something better to do...

Some people are no nonsense, and looking seriously for another, and don't need that drama....AND....

New people that have an edgy attitude to come here to bully the locals....COOL IT. Find something better to do.

destructive behavior to be-little or hurt others eventually ends up being destroyed itself... it may take awhile, but it does happen.

No hierarchy of any kind lives forever.

History proves that... every time, without exception.shades

As far as me, I'm thankful just to be above ground every day... and be here, existing, as I most certainly should not be, too many times to count...anything good that happens is more than anything I could ever wish for! I NEVER TAKE ANYTHING FOR GRANTED if I can help it...

I'm not excepted, or shunned, and never bullied. (A soul can't bully something that admits that it's worth less than nothing, and is a vile disgusting thing that has no qualities what so ever, and is more than perfectly comfortable with this absolute fact. It's like physically throwing a black hole at another black hole. It's impossible)... they are always welcome to try though...

I DON'T LIKE to see others get bullied, and will intervene quietly after I read what is said, and if it's obviously unfair.

A few people talk to me now and then on occasion, but for the most part, pretty much everything and everyone, here and especially off line leaves me alone.

Sorry....I cant be bothered reading back...
So this might have already been said...
But I see cliques forming in all avenues of society...
Work...play....gym...school...
I have my own clique...and I'm always right....hehehe

Pfffffft..they were soooo tame, you'd have been very
bored with them :-)

It is just that all the sex topics were in one spot so
it seemed like a lot.

There were alot in Mingle jail back then. Even Lilith and I had a run in once, and don't normally have too many run ins. I learned not to use you like the word the in the forums so I didn't sound accusatory. Some were very sensitive. But Blonde, there were alot of personalities to deal with. When, I first started, I had to feel my way through. There also were alot posting that they were back and out of mingle jail some conversations got so heated.

That's good dark one. I am glad you don't deal with that mess. Life is way too short.
