I never thought it was her family. I always felt for the family. I always thought the Colorado police screwed the investigation up.

I have always suspected the family, the number of friends there before police are called, the letter, and the blanket scream to me of remorse and cover up

Exactly, but that's where the crime scene is a contradiction. A killer who did what they did to her is not capable of showing remorse, it's just not possible.

I think maybe one of the parents covered for the son, which would line up with John E. Douglas's profile of the scene. He said he believed the parents didn't kill her, he got quiet on covering for a killer.....

JonBenét Ramsey Murder Documentary Sheds New Light On Brutal Slaying

http://radaronline.com/videos/jonbenet-ramsey-murder-documentary-brutal-slaying/

JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery airs September 12 at 10:00pm EST on Investigation Discovery.
------------------------------------------------

The December 25, 1996 murder of six-year-old JonBenét Ramsey has remained unsolved for years, but could a new Investigation Discovery documentary finally provide answers two decades after her gruesome death?

In a three-night event, which begins September 12, JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery examines the events leading up to the child’s slaying, and sheds new light on evidence that may lead to a resolution in this heart-wrenching case.

The docuseries provides in-depth analysis of conflicting theories of the case. While authorities initially focused their suspicions on the family, the Ramseys always insisted that an intruder must have gained entry to their home, killing their daughter, hitting her with a heavy object before strangling her with a cord. The murderer even fed the young girl pineapple shortly before she died, leaving remnants in her stomach which would provide one of the most puzzling of all pieces of evidence.

Twenty years after JonBenét’s death, the police investigation has picked up steam, but where will it lead? Find out when JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery airs September 12 at 10:00pm EST on Investigation Discovery.

that was really sad and horrendous what she had to go through in the last minuets of her life ... I thought it was her brother also ... and would not expect him to say... sure I did it on Dr. Phil... well someone out there knows the truth and if their is a hell ... I hope they rot there ...

I never thought it was her family. I always felt for the family. I always thought the Colorado police screwed the investigation up.

The Police ROYALLY screwed the scene up. I think that is partly why the DA wouldn't sign off on the Grand Jury Indictment.

My instincts told me she loved that little girl more than life and all of her children. I am glad they weren't indicted on top of that horrible death of their daughter. I couldn't imagine losing my little girl and never living to see her own vindication through DNA evidence. She didn't deserve to die neither one of them did. And karma how horrible to say such a thing as if judgement and jury are yours to wield through karma in anyway. Even bad words and negative statements are terrible.

The DNA is contaminated, the whole crime scene was. The mother was a narcissist who forced her daughter in to those pageants so she could relive her glory days.

I really think it was the brother then the parents freaked and didn't want to lose both their children and that is why how the crime scene got staged. The whole scene is one big contradiction and points to it. She was covered in her special blanket. That shows remorse, people who commit this type of crime are unable to show remorse. That means there was a second person there or after the fact that really cared about her.............

Ive read more and the Santa Bill (McReynolds) couldnt be ruled out with DNA and definitely has some coincidences going on,, like the kidnapping of his own kid on that date years before, the writing of a play with a similar plot by his wife, the note found in her trash from him saying she will get a surprise AFTER christmas and that he was at the party that night,,,,along with his wife

could be one that knocked her out and another that lured her

It's possible, but I don't know. I watched the interview with the brother and he showed all the text book signs of lying.........

It has to be someone in the family. I just read some of the newly released information and a bunch of stuff that was already released and there is no doubt in my mind. The 911 call when Patsy forgot to hang up, the fact there was a spider web in front of the broken window and dust every where, the paper that was used to write the note was on the Ramsey's kitchen counter and a pen that was put back in the pen holder on the counter was identified as the pen that was used in the letter (which would be a force of habit putting the pen away), the pineapple and getting her down two flights of stairs, the political connections of the Ramsey's that got the investigation halted from the start, a corrupt District Attorney, a Governor interfering with an investigation and the most contaminated crime scene in US history.

If it was an outside intruder it's the gutsiest one I have ever heard of. He spent a lot of time in the house with three other people in the house without waking anyone. If it were an intruder they would be in and out and quick, The crime scene is conflicting in itself, it shows an organized killer but at the same time it screams of disorganization which doesn't happen........

Just watched an awesome documentary on the killing of Jonbennet Ramsey. It is the most in depth thing I have ever seen. A team was formed to reopen the investigation to try and bring closure event though it was a private investigation and no charges could be filed.
They had two FBI profilers who were actually involved with the case. One who arrived on scene as they were finding the body and a child crimes profiler who came in later in the investigation. They also brought in a Profiler from Scotland Yard for a fresh set of eyes. They had the one of the original investigators from the DA's office. Then they had Dr. Lee and Dr. Spitz two of the top medical examiners and forensic technicians in the country and two forensic linguists.

They also interviewed original police officers and detectives on scene and interviewed a couple of people who have never been interviewed before even by law enforcement like the 911 operator and they showed a lot of evidence that has never been released to the public before that is really damning like they extra 6 seconds of the audio tape of the 911 call when Patsy thought she hung up and they had it cleaned up by one of the top audio engineers in the country. Once it's cleaned up you here three things said by three different people. A male voice saying We are not talking to you, a female voice saying What did you do? Oh Jesus, and a child asking what did you find?

Also it explains why the FBI backed away from the investigation. The DA had the whole Investigation team in a room including the FBI profilers and they all concluded that this needs to be put in front of a grand jury. The DA then replied I have to explore the political ramifications before I make that decision. The FBI was pulled out that day because they didn't want their reputation tarnished. John Ramsey was a big donor to the Democratic Party including the Governor and immediately hired a legal team of the most prominent Democratic lawyers in the state. All investigators were told to handle the Ramsey's with kid gloves, they were not separated and interviewed for over four months and after their attorneys gave them copies of Law Enforcement's investigation notes!

That's not even the most damning part! I don't want to spill it all but I honestly think if anyone watches it they will come to the same conclusion that Burke killed Jonbennet and the parents covered it up so they didn't lose their son.

The Colorado police extremely botched the investigation up. The FBI profiler that arrived on the scene said he has never in the history of law enforcement have they seen a more screwed up crime scene, and he said he was livid. It wasn't the cops on scenes fault, they were told to handle they with kid gloves but their superiors, the DA and the Governor of Colorado.

Also Dr. Lee was able to prove that the DNA on the underwear was an accidental contamination.

I think you should really watch this documentary. I think we might actually agree on something for once!

The DNA evidence is contaminated and would have very little use if any in a trial. They also proved how the DNA could have already been on the underwear. They tested a brand new pair of underwear from an unopened package and found DNA on it, probably from someone who made them or packaged them, sweat, blood or saliva.

There is some very convincing evidence recently released by a team of professionals that worked on the case who brought in some of the top investigators and forensic experts in the world and it is very chilling what they found but the UNANYMOUS decision by everyone of them was that Burke was the killer. There was history that Burke was violent hitting Jonbennet with a golf club in the face.

It took them over 20 minutes to recreate the note and that is them memorizing it, the original had to take over 40 minutes to write. That is way to much time for a killer to be in the house and the note itself is pretty telling. Ransom notes are short and sweet and when have you ever heard of a terrorist organization refer to themselves as a small faction? They don't. The hand writing also matched Patsy's and all three voices are heard on the 9-11 tape, Patsy thought she hung up the call. Burke, John and Patsy.

None of the experts I have seen interviewed have agreed with the DA dismissing the charges at all.

I'm curious to know if the family was watching a movie that night...
"Speed" specifically. The ransom note had the phrase...
"Do not attempt to grow a brain"...
which is verbatim from a scene of that movie.

You brought up a good point that I almost forgot about. The one profiler found three phrases that thought he heard before and they were all from movies, one being speed. The Ramsey's were HUGE movie buffs had movie posters of two of the three movies copied into the note.

This is a really damning investigation they did.

Actually, John was the movie buff and there is no way he wrote the note. Now Patsy with a Journalism Degree sure could have and this team proved she did.

You need to watch this documentary that I did. You'll never look at this case the same way again, I promise. FBI BSU (Profilers) who were on the scene as they were finding the body were part of this, other agents were interviewed, investigators were interviewed, the 911 operator was interviewed for the first time! The people in the original case didn't interview her! The former lead Agent on the case then talked about how the FBI walked away after they stated there was enough evidence to call a grand jury and the District Attorney told the room full of investigators that he would have to consult his people because that is a political decision! That's when the lead Boulder Detective quit and the FBI pulled their Agents out, they didn't want their reputation tarnished. They we now find they did do a Grand Jury and they did recommend charges for both Patsy and Jon Ramsey and the DA wouldn't proceed! I guess that was a political thing also. The Ramsey's were top donors to local and state elected officials including the DA and the Governor and word came down from the DA's office to treat them with kid gloves. The DA that got the Grand Jury Indictments was a special prosecutor brought in from out of state. This investigation in one of the top profilers in child and sec crimes who originally worked the case along with a profiler from Scotland Yard for a fresh set of eyes. Then Dr. Henry Lee and Spitz two top forensics and coroners, two top linguists investigators I cant remember their names and the original DA's Investigator.
