Has anyone else had to deal with this? Did you leave and move on or stick around?

I'm curious how you feel about profiles where the user states they have never been imprisoned. My curiosity also stretches to listing that the user is not a drug addict, is debt free, and does not abuse others physically, sexually, emotionally, or financially. Do those seem like traits that should be understood and listing them just fills space as if the user didn't have good qualities to list OR is it a comfort that those things are put forth to diffuse any questioning?

Yikes..tricky.
Well I do not think you can prejudge, they have
already been judged.

I would not hang around long after finding it out.
I cannot think of any upsides.

I JUDGE FUTURE BEHAVIOR BY THERE PAST BEHAVIOR,,WHEN BUTTONS ARE PUSHED MOST

PEOPLE DO WHAT THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE.......WE BECOME SO ADDICTED TO OUR REALITY

(BELIEFS) AND FAVORITE FEELINGS....TO CHANGE TAKES WORK AND CAN BE

PAINFUL.....LEAVE ,UNLESS THE PERSON IS WILLING TO WORK TO UNDERSTAND

THEMSELVES......I CAN NOT DO THE WORK FOR THEM.....

I have known people who have spent a night in jail, after being stupid. No one who was convicted of a serious crime, and what you would refer to as being "incarcerated" though.

I can imagine a very few things which someone could spend significant time in jail for, which I would not hold against them, but not very many.

My only suggestion/caution:

do NOT let yourself be persuaded to stick around out of guilt. If what the person did which got them jailed, is something that you would have dumped them for had you known about it and they had NOT been jailed, then folllow through with the dump.

Make sure the reason you stay comes entirely from within your own sense of what's what in the world, and in your life.
