It's the last day of the year for some of us , and some have already catapulted into 2017.
How did you spend, or how are you spending the last day of 2016?  |

Myself I'm spending the last day at home with my dog then this evening I'm going to friends house to celebrate with them.
A dear friend of mine had a aneurysm burst in the artery just above her heart about 5 weeks ago.. Had to have a 9 hour open heart surgery then just a few hours later went back in for another 5 hours.. They said she had less then a 5% rate of survival she is still with us and so I'm celebrating with her and her husband and a few friends tonight at their house..  |

Relaxing after the Christmas celebrations, and looking forwad to seeing 2017 in watching Jool's Annual Hootenanny on BBC TV with a glass of the good stuff. Happy New Year everyone when it arrives, wherever in the world you are. Let's hope for a peaceful one. |

Got off work about an hour ago so ill be sleeping part of the day. Maybe order a pizza and drink some wine to watch the New Year roll in.

9:30am: Drinking my morning coffee and looking for a date for tonight online right now.
11:30am: Going to fix myself some lunch and look for some movies for tonight. (Chances of finding anyone online to kiss at midnight is not too good.) Around 3pm: Going to the grocery store to pick up a few items. Going to the liquor store to pick up some Capt Morgan Spiced Rum for my pepsi. Going to stop by the local bar and find out about the band they have headlining and how much the cover charge will be. Going back home. Around 5:30pm: Gunna fix myself some supper. Something high in starches and have a nice milkshake About 7pm: since my house is clean and tonights dishes are done I'm going to be watching movies. Deepwater Horizon, Mr Church, Inferno, The Great Wall, Arrival and Underworld Bloodwars are already loaded and ready. About 10pm: If I feel lonely at that time I MIGHT go to the bar and sit at a table by myself and have a glass of Hennessey. 11:45pm: If everyone at the bar avoids me like the plague, I'll go home. Mix up a rum & pepsi, play a movie and kiss the mirror at midnight. 12:01AM: I will vow to myself that I will NOT be alone another year. |

Now I'm prepping for the cooking I will do later. This afternoon I will go to see Li perform a national dance in Brooklyn. Afterwards it's home for dinner then we will relax with a bottle of Pinot Grigio.

Ok back the topic: I am watching an English premier league football games right now as I post on new year eve between Chelsea fc v Stock city fc,Manchester United v Middlesbrough fc. |
