Besides the great mind-blowing sex what do I miss...
Ummm.. someone hogging the bed.. Hmmmm.... wait a minute I don't really miss that..hmmmm.. someone coming into the bathroom while I'm having a shower and leaving the bathroom door open letting all the hot steam Escape... Ohhh.. nope I don't miss that either LOL... What I do miss is sharing time with someone.. even if we're just lazing around the house... I miss holding hands and feeling connected to my partner.. I miss the soft morning afternoon and evening kisses.. I miss the laughter I miss the togetherness.... But I don't miss finding toothpaste in the sink.. or hair for that matter LOL |

I believe in hindsight that I have never had a really good relationship with someone. The best example of a great guy was someone my age who unfortunately was not available, but who knew how to show compassion, caring and love for humankind in general.
I don't miss having to be a caretaker for a boyfriend or having to do EVERYTHING in private. What I have always missed in life is that acceptance for what and who I am at the moment, in and out of struggles. There is only one person so far I have met who was capable of showing that. One day there may be another. At the moment I am still hopeful of that. |

I don't really even miss the sex, but she was having much more than I was.  I don't miss the sex either!  Even though my marriage was lousy, I do miss having a partner .. maybe someday again... |

I miss someone that will make breakfast for me for no reason. Someone to take to the drive-in with. I miss small arguments over " what are we going to watch on TV tonight". someone to walk with while holding hands. And yeah I miss good sex. |

I don't think I miss much of anything about past relationships. When I sit here and I think about it, I don't think I've had but one in my dating life that wasn't one-sided. I gave all I had and more. To get little to nothing in return.
I can't say that I miss sex that much either. It's kinda hard to miss something you've had with someone that wasn't that good to start with. Sounds ugly I know. But it's the truth. The great majority of what I've known turned out to be cold fish anyway. Who would miss a cold fish? Especially ones that are always willing to take your money and fuss about everything. |

I miss the compliment when you made an effort to look good

I miss being needed by someone. Miss worring about someone. I miss those random thoughts of them for no reason. All the little things that we do together, good and bad. But having these experiences as memories I can reflect upon, :) Happy not sad.
